PAYMENT TERMS
1. Nature of Credits
Credits are a non-physical, non-transferable digital commodity having no cash value and no validity outside the Voosey platform. Credits are not redeemable for cash, transferable upon death, or exchangeable for any other currency or credit system.
2. Purchase Mechanics
Credits may be acquired solely via Apple’s In-App Purchase mechanism, mediated by RevenueCat. All transactions are final. Local taxes or fees imposed by Apple or RevenueCat are your sole responsibility.
3. Expiry
Credits expire six (6) months after the last activity (purchase or redemption). Expired Credits are automatically forfeited without compensation.
4. Consumption
Each generation request consumes Credits as displayed at the time of submission. Submission constitutes irrevocable authorization to debit the stated Credits.
5. Content Policy & Forfeiture Events
a. We may deny any request that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law; in such cases no Credits are consumed.
b. If a violation is discovered after generation, Credits are still consumed and the offending output is withheld or deleted. No refunds are granted.
c. Attempts to circumvent technical restrictions or generate prohibited content may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all remaining Credits.
6. Fraud and Abuse
Credits obtained through unauthorized means (e.g., fraudulent refunds, stolen payment methods) may be revoked. Voosey reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal action.
7. No Refunds or Chargebacks
All Credit purchases are final. Chargebacks or payment reversals will be treated as breaches of these Payment Terms and may result in account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
VOOSEY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE U.S. DOLLAR VALUE OF THE CREDITS YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR DURING THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
9. Governing Law & Arbitration
Wyoming law governs. All disputes are subject to confidential binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah, under the AAA Commercial Rules.
10. Modifications
We may revise these Payment Terms at any time. Continued use of Credits after notice constitutes acceptance.
